Hey Everyone!!! I know I’ve been MIA and this was not my intentions for the new year, but if you haven’t figured out by the title (or social media), I am expecting my first child!!! A LOT has gone on since the beginning of the year and time waits for no one, I hope you all haven’t forgotten about me because I definitely have not forgotten about you!!!

I decided to announce my pregnancy to social media at the beginning of the second trimester, mainly because I wanted to get through the uncertainties of the first trimester (i.e. miscarriage). I also experienced a tough bout of fatigue and honestly, I did not have the energy to do anything at all. I literally became one with our bed and very rarely left our house to even run errands. I felt horrible, but thankfully all of that is behind me. Overall, my pregnancy has been easy, Thank you God!!! Adjusting to my growing belly has been the most challenging.

We had our Gender Reveal Party about three weeks ago and we are super excited to be welcoming a baby boy!!! I placed my sister and two of my closest friends in charge of planning our Gender Reveal. I wanted my husband and I to be ultimately surprised about everything, so I completely removed myself and gave them total control over the entire process!!! I wanted to keep the Reveal intimate, so we invited about 20 people over to our house. We will be planning an official baby shower in August! Hope you all enjoy the optics of our Reveal!!!
